Ranked among America's Best Hospitals 2009 U.S. News & World Report Honor Roll
The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) has once again received national recognition as one of "America's Best Hospitals," earning 13th position in U.S. News & World Report's annual guide. The 2009 results mark UPMC's tenth appearance on the prestigious Honor Roll, which this year includes only 21 hospitals nationwide that are considered the "best of the best," according to the publication.
